Terms of Service

1. Interpretation

1.1. The Terms of Service (ToS) applies to all customers ("you" or "customer" or "client", whether or not capitalized) of Yundc Ltd or any Yundc Ltd affiliate upon subscription to the services of Yundc Ltd or any Yundc Ltd affiliate ("Services"), including subscription through a third party or any commercial partner.

1.2. By signing up an account, you agree to comply with our policies.


2. User Account

You will need to sign up for an account before ordering from Yundc Ltd. During sign up, you must agree:

2.1. You have provided accurate and valid profile.

2.2. You should sign up through your residential ISP.

2.3. You should be in full response for your account. You must take care of your operation, and keep your password safely.

2.4. Each customer may only registers one account. Permission for more accounts must be requested via support ticket.

2.5. Automatic fraud check and manual review are proceeded for new customers. Verification documents may be requested depending on the risk score.


3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1. Customer agrees to use the services only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and in compliance with this AUP.

3.2. If customer uses the services for unlawful purposes or not in compliance with all applicable laws, or not in compliance with this AUP, then Yundc Ltd may exercise the rights as to what constitutes a violation of our policies.

4. Privacy Policy

Please refer to Privacy Policy to read how we collect and use your personal data.


5. Refund Policy

No refund for dedicated servers, software licenses, set up fee, or any other services.


6. Chargeback / Dispute

6.1. Chargeback and dispute will result in immediate suspension of your services and products. Yundc Ltd reserves the right to report your account to FraudRecord.


7. Billing Period

7.1. Invoice will be generated 7 days before payment is due.

7.2. Failure to make the payment by its due date will result in suspension of related services or products. Yundc Ltd reserves the right to terminate your services or products at any time after your invoice is overdue.


8. Service Cancellation

8.1. Service cancellation can be requested in Client Area. Two types of requests can be submitted, including immediate and end of billing period.

8.2. Cancellation request can be voided before it is proceeded.

8.3. Once cancellation request is proceeded, all related data will be destroyed. The process cannot be reversed.


9. Service Suspension

9.1. invoice overdue unpaid service suspension, the service will be kept offline until the suspension state is removed.


10. Service Termination

10.1. invoice overdue unpaid service termination, all related data will be destroyed. The process cannot be reversed.


11. Service Backups

11.1. Yundc Ltd does not take backups of services data for customers unless specified.

11.2. Customers are responsible for their own data, and are advised to take backups off-site. Yundc Ltd shall not be responsible for data loss.


12. Exclusion of Liability

You hereby acknowledge and agree that Yundc Ltd will not be liable for any temporary delay, outages or interruptions of the Services if such delay or failure:

12.1. Results from invoice overdue unpaid.

12.2. Results from violation Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

12.3. Results from natural disasters / irresistible or other cause beyond its reasonable control.


13. Right Reserved

13.1. Yundc Ltd reserves the right of final explanations regarding to this ToS.

13.2. Yundc Ltd reserves the right to modify this ToS at any time without prior notice.
